ALL students entering into our CDL Training Course
"MUST" have the following documents in their
student file, prior to arriving for class:
- Completed and Approved SCDTI Application
- Must be 21 years of age
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- Documented proof of Negative DOT Drug and Alcohol Screen
- Posess a valid Class A Learners Permit
- Have Completed Enrollment Documents
- Paid Tuition Receipt

- Train the Trainer Course Phase2 Evaluation- 2 Day Course $1,000.00 (Held 6 months after Phase I Training)
- Remedial Training - $250.00 Minimum Charge. After 2 hours, billed @ $125.00/hr
